8jjj Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations on Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "8jjj" / "Platform" — The online casino and sports betting website operating at the domain 8jjj.biz, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and service integrations.
• "Account" — The registered user account created by a Player on the 8jjj Platform, uniquely identified by a username and associated with a single verified identity.
• "Balance" — The total funds held within a Player's 8jjj Account, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" — Any promotional credit, free spin winnings, or matched deposit funds credited to an Account pursuant to a specific promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Player via accepted payment methods, net of any withdrawals, losses, or fees.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Balance becomes withdrawable as Real Money.
• "KYC" / "Know Your Customer" — The identity verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals above defined thresholds.

Use of 8jjj Services is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of 8jjj or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, game studios, or payment processors.
4. You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion register, gambling harm self-exclusion database, or similar prohibited-access list applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, institution, or entity. Use of 8jjj Services by corporate bodies or legal entities is not permitted.

To access 8jjj Services, each eligible individual must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number — must be truthful and accurate. Material inaccuracies discovered at any time may result in Account termination.
• You must use a genuine Pakistani mobile number during registration for OTP verification purposes. Use of third-party number masking services or virtual SIM applications to circumvent verification is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any changes — including change of mobile number, residential address, or payment details — must be updated promptly by contacting 8jjj support.
• 8jjj reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8jjj Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received. The following obligations apply:

• Your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. 8jjj staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel — any request for your password purportedly from 8jjj should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported immediately.
• You must notify 8jjj immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Notification must be made via live chat or email to [email protected].
• 8jjj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• You must log out of your 8jjj Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. 8jjj is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to do so.
• Session timeout settings are available in Account preferences and are recommended for players using shared devices.

8jjj accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 (Pakistani Rupees one hundred). There is no maximum single deposit limit, however higher deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the same name as the 8jjj Account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned where technically feasible.
• 8jjj does not charge fees on deposits. Standard transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursable by 8jjj.
• Deposit processing times vary by method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited within seconds under normal conditions; bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes during standard business hours.
• 8jjj reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Withdrawal of Real Money Balance from your 8jjj Account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible — this is a standard anti-money-laundering control applied across all 8jjj withdrawals.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds or when requested by 8jjj's compliance team. Required documents include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or passport. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.
• Withdrawal processing times under normal conditions are: JazzCash/EasyPaisa — 15 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — within the same business day. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or during scheduled system maintenance.
• 8jjj does not charge withdrawal fees. Network fees applicable to USDT TRC20 withdrawals are borne by the recipient.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account Balance is subject to an outstanding wagering requirement on Bonus Balance. Only the portion of the Balance that exceeds any locked Bonus requirement is available for withdrawal.
• 8jjj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds and to delay processing pending completion of such review.

8jjj offers various promotional offers to registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins on designated slot games, reload bonuses, and enhanced odds on selected sports betting markets. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the Bonus Balance or winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions at the time of the offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on 8jjj welcome bonuses is twenty times (20×) the bonus amount received.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Unused Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms. Players should consult specific offer terms before selecting games for wagering requirement fulfilment.

8jjj reserves the right to void bonus awards and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single offer, providing false information to claim eligibility, staking in patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other Players to abuse promotional offers.

All casino games available on 8jjj — including but not limited to live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette, Dragon Tiger, slot games, and instant-win games — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. The following provisions apply across all game categories:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 8jjj are tested and certified by independent technical testing laboratories for statistical fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
• All live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers using certified dealing procedures. All live sessions are recorded for audit and dispute resolution purposes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 8jjj's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Any open bets will be settled according to the game outcome; unconfirmed bets may be voided. 8jjj is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's internet connection.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or arbitrage systems in connection with 8jjj sports betting markets is strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jjj Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 8jjj.
• Using 8jjj Services while below the minimum age of 21 years.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, advantages, or winnings not legitimately earned. Any such winnings will be voided.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or algorithms to interact with 8jjj Services in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour, or discriminatory conduct directed at 8jjj staff, live dealers, or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions using VPN, proxy, or similar technology in breach of applicable terms.
• Charging back any deposit made to 8jjj after using those funds for gaming. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account termination and debt recovery action.

8jjj is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out. Reality check alerts are configurable at defined intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may suspend their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) during which login is disabled. Cooling-off requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 8jjj Services for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the 8jjj Platform or its content.

Use of the 8jjj name, logo, or branding in any third-party marketing, affiliate content, social media, or commercial communication without prior written authorisation from 8jjj is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8jjj's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• 8jjj provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available nature of the Platform.
• 8jjj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
• In no event shall 8jjj's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim exceed the amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 8jjj is not responsible for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures on the Player's side; errors in the Player's device hardware or software; inaccurate information provided by the Player; or the Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 8jjj is not responsible for the outcome of any gambling activity — all gaming and betting involves inherent financial risk and outcomes are not guaranteed.

8jjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider in connection with a deposit to 8jjj.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to your Account.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balance — net of any amounts subject to legitimate claims or legal holds — will be returned via the original payment method following completion of required verification procedures.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 8jjj support. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method upon closure.

8jjj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to material amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
• The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of 8jjj Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
• If you do not accept material changes to these Terms, you must cease using 8jjj Services and close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Real Money Balance will be returned upon Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.
• Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the regulatory framework under which 8jjj holds its operational licensing. The following dispute resolution process applies:
